TWO VALENTINE’S DAY MAKEUPS with Blood Sugar | Chit Chat: Let’s talk about Blood Lust

February 14, 2020 2 By Jose Scott

Hello Beauties! My name is Ewa and today
I will have for you makeup for Valentine’s Day, actually two
makeups, because last time I left you without any new video, which by the way I
infromed you about it on my Instagram and Twitter. So today I will do two
makeups: one on my right eye and one on my left eye. I’m going to do pinkish
smokey eye on my left eye and more reddish cut crease on my right eye, so
let’s say this will be romantic pink and sexy red. For both makeups I’m going to
use Jeffree Star Cosmetics Blood Sugar palette and for cut crease I’m
going also to use some shades from Alien palette.
Yes, this is my Alien palette. For sure I’m going to use a little bit of black,
this is Black Hole and this shade Pluto. And if you don’t care about
Valentine’s Day that’s actually perfectly fine, because I don’t care too,
so we can just pretend that I’m going to show you two different makeups that you
can do with a Blood Sugar palette not related with Valentine’s Day at all. By
the way if you want to buy something for yourself for Valentine’s Day and
something sweet, don’t buy chocolate or any sweets, buy
this palette. This smell is one of its kind. I’m going to use my P. Louise base and
let’s start with my left eye and pinkish smokey. Alright, I very rarely record my
left eye especially when I talk to you, so I needed to a little bit change my
setup, but I hope you’re gonna hear me at least well, so let’s start with pinkish smokey
let’s call it. I’m taking shade Glucose and as always I’m starting from setting
my under brow area. And now I’m taking shade Tongue Pop and
are applying it above my crease. I’m tapping this shade and with this tapping I’m
trying also to blend it. Now I’m taking shade Cake Mix and I’m blending this
shade edge of this shade, but I’m leaving this inner
part area. Now I feel that I lost a little bit of this Tongue Pop shade, so I’m
adding it more and of course I’m blending these two shades together. Now I’m taking shade Sugarcane and I’m
adding this shade here in this inner part that I said I’m
going to leave, now it’s time. I’m taking this shade Tongue Pop and I’m applying it also
on my lower eyelid in my outer corner and a little bit in the middle. Now it’s
time to add pink, so I’m taking Cavity. This is hot pink, baby. And I’m applying
this shade in my outer corner and into my crease, I actually will blend this
with this Tongue Pop shade. I blend this shade onto my entire eyelid
and I’m starting to blend it a little bit above my crease and just
all-around. And lower eyelid, still I used the same brush I am not adding more
product. This is brush that has a little bit of Cake Mix, but I’m not adding more
I’m using just dirty brush and just a little bit I try to blend edges of this
pink, but very, very gentle. Now I’m taking a little bit of Root Canal and I’m
applying this shade in my outer corner and my lower eyelid. Now I’m taking shade
Coma on tip of my brush and I’m trying to darker my outer corner of course in
my lower and on my upper eyelid, but a very gentle. I don’t want this makeup to
be too dark. Now I go back to my blending brush and very softly blend edges. I barely touch my skin right now. Now it’s time for something shimmery, so
I’m taking Candy Floss on my finger, because why not. On my upper eyelid, I will help
myself also with brush. Soft and sweet romantic
smokey, let’s call it smokey, but still there is not enough. I need something more
blinding in my inner corner. First I’m taking NYX Glitter Primer and with
brush I will apply it in my inner corner. And now I’m taking Urban Decay Moondust
palette and shade Specter. I am applying this shade, this glitter actually on this
glitter primer. I don’t know if camera can catch this or not, but this is wow
effect. Now I need only to add the beige pencil and some lashes, but I’m not going
to do this right now, because now I’m going to do my right eye and second makeup.
Finally normal eye, I mean right eye. I’m starting as always – shade Glucose and I’m
setting my under brow area. Now I’m taking shade Extraction and I’m
applying this shade in my outer corner on my upper eyelid and also on my
lower eyelid. Until today I haven’t realized how much
I like to record my right eye and how much it sucks actually to record my left
eye, but okay. I’m starting a little bit to blend this shade, but nothing crazy and I’m
trying to blend it more towards to my tip my brow
and crease, but not up to the brow. Now I’m taking shade Cherry Soda.
Red! Rrrred. And with this shade I will blend this previous shade and also I’m
starting to apply the shade in my crease towards my inner corner. I’m
applying this shade also on my entire lower eyelid, so yes I’m going to mix
this shade with this previous shade in my outer corner.
Now I’m taking shade Prick and I’m starting to blend this edge, but very,
very softly and very carefully, because I don’t want this eye to be very, very high
up to the brow, so to prevent myself from doing this and taking shade Glucose and
I’m applying this shade in actually big amount under my brow.
So this will prevent from blending too high. And back to blending. And this is enough, I wanted this shape,
so as I can tell it’s a little bit different than this one on my left eye.
I’m going back to shade Extraction and also to Cherry Soda I lost a little bit
of these shades, so now I’m going back to them. Now I will have to do much more on
my outer corner, but first I’m going to cut my crease. I’m taking flat brush and
white concealer, because I just like to use white, but of course you can use
whatever you want. This will be actually half cut crease, so I’m applying this
concealer close to my lash line, but not on lashes. Not on lashes I said… And now I look up doing angry face.
And here you go. Trick for hooded eyes. And now I’m
connecting my inner corner with this line and of course I fill this area. I want
smooth blend here, so I’m taking this dirty brush, I cleaned it on my hand and
I’m tapping this edge. And it’s blended, but of course I’m going
back to shade Extraction, because I’m not going to leave it like this and I’m
adding this shade a little bit more to cover this half cut crease even more, cover
of course edge of this half cut crease. And now from Alien palette that I don’t have
anymore, only some few shades. I’m taking shade Pluto, which is really nice gold,
gold peachy shade on white base and I’m
applying this shade still on wet concealer. And again on going back to Extraction to
cover this edge. And also from not existing Alien palette, I’m taking shade Black
Hole which is black and I’m applying this shade a little bit in my outer
corner to make it more dark, just like this and nothing more. And as highlighter I’m
going to use just Skin Frost highlighter in shade Ice Cold – inner corner and maybe
a little bit under brow. Beige pencil. And now you can add liner
or not, because this makeup looks pretty good already without any liner. Now I’m
going to put some lashes and I don’t know two different or maybe the same
style. I’m not sure, but I am sure that I’m going to put some lashes and I will
be back with a face makeup and maybe we shall discuss a little bit about new
Jeffree Star palette. Alright, I only contoured my face,
but not fully, because still I need blush and some highlighter. So I will take from
Bourjois blush in shade something like rose gold,
maybe pinkish gold, something like this, this is number 34. So, let’s talk. When I
record this video today is Tuesday, so it’s after big Jeffree’s new collection
reveal video and to be honest I have a little bit mixed feelings. I mean I’m
going to buy this palette, because I let’s say that I understand that having
this channel is also not only to make makeups, but to review for you new
products. I don’t have much money, but in some sort I know that I’m obligated to
do this reviews, so so let’s say that for now Jeffree is this choice that I want
to buy from all palettes, that I saw. Yeah, I think this palette is the best
choice. Although I have very mixed feelings. First of all this palette is,
I’m not sure if it’s bigger even than Jawbreaker, I think it is, because it has
five rows. Or I am wrong? Because I don’t remember. I think it has more than four
and four rows has Jawbreaker, also it’s a little bit more wide and bigger in fact
than jawbreaker, so for sure it’s not going to stand in my drawer, but lie. Yeah,
I like when palettes lie in my drawer and I have no idea what palette I have.
Also velour… I just remembered these times when
Anastasia Beverly Hills made palette with velour and now imagine this is
very small palette, small palette and imagined palette this big with velour.
I am just not sure, because I think I will have this pallet inside external,
this box, this packaging, because I will be very, very afraid to make this
pallet dirty. Also am I’m the only one who thinks that external packaging, I
mean the box is more prettier than actual packaging? I mean I like this
velour and this purple is beautiful, but there’s no name of this pallet on this
packaging. Okay. I don’t know, this is my absolutely first
impression. I just saw this video, I just saw this pallet and I am like mm-hm.
Another thing is that Jeffree said “vampy” and then he opened it. I mean, alright.
Since when pastels are vampy? But okay. I thought this palette will be more
dark and truly with like this purple shade that was in Alien palette.
It was absolutely to dry, but it was so beautiful and these purples are more
like into pinkish tones, they are… I think they are too similar to those
purples that are in Mini-Breaker palette. Now going to use a very light beige
highlighter, nothing special. So I am a little bit afraid, because I think this
palette will have too much similarities to other palettes. Even if some of, one of
these shades will be a little bit darker or a little bit lighter than for example
pastel shade from Jawbreaker… you know, this is why I don’t like Morphe
palettes, because I don’t need 40 shades of, I don’t know, the same orange or the
same brown shade. Of course this is only my opinion, so here’s no tea, here’s no
shading, anything, here is just my opinion:
I don’t like, because I don’t need, because I think and in my opinion, okay?
This is only my opinion and of course I am very afraid, because these are purples.
I hope he did it good, but I can be afraid still, right? And still I’m
surprised that we have purples and pinks, and burgunds in Blood Sugar, we have one
pink in Blue Blood also with some other pastels,
we have Jawbreaker with pinks and pastels, we have Mini-Breaker with with
purple, we have Conspiracy palette with, also with pinks and now we have Blood
Lust that has purples, but more into this pinkish side. Okay. Still waiting for
green palette… Anyway, bottom lash mascara and brow gel mascara. Be right back. We have
two makeups, so of course there will be two lip options. Let’s start with
romantic pink side. One video, two makeups, one pallet
actually, two pallets, because I used two shades from Alien pallet, whatever. We
have more than a week to new Jeffree’s launch, so I invite you to discussion down
below in the comment section. Tell me maybe your first thoughts about this
pallet, let’s discuss about it. I don’t have much plans about next video, because
I shouldn’t play with purples now, I guess. So I don’t know, maybe I will play
with green, because I wanted to play with green and I didn’t play with green,
because I thought that this new palette will be green and now to be
honest I don’t want to play with green… I’ll just sit here and think about it, for sure I don’t want to
play with pinks now. And that will be it, so as always I
love you very, very much! And I see you soon! Bye!
