Janine Bowring and today I’m talking about the benefits of coral calcium. Now
coral calcium is a supplement that you can certainly take and it’s a whole food
source for calcium meaning that it has a higher absorption due to its alkalinity
and it’s always better to be in a more alkaline state when you’re trying to be
healthy, but also because it turns contains over 69 other trace minerals so
things like rubidium which helps to further alkalinize the body, another
trace mineral boron, boron helps to decrease the inflammation associated
with rheumatoid arthritis and studies has been done on this which is fantastic.
We all know that calcium is great for our bones and for our teeth yet it has
hundreds and hundreds of different chemical reactions in the body the heart
muscle is reliant on having the right amounts of calcium. For anti aging we
have to have the right amounts of calcium and for burning fat so believe
