Rheumatoid Arthritis & Exercises Firstly a patient must do all the 3 key prayogas initially may be for a 3-4 weeks as you have pain in joints and so that your stiffness gets over. Exercise 1 : Lie down with your feet straight as you can see with your legs touching each other in parallel.Then bring you hands straight up as in parallel to your legs and then you start rolling your fist clockwise & anti-clockwise. Post this open your hand and stretch it in up and down motions. People with swelling in hands must not perform this exercise. **Continue deep breathing in parallel. Then open-close your hands stretched out as shown in the video and then you put your hands on your shoulder and repeat the same slowly. Lastly rotate your elbows/hands clockwise & anti-clockwise with your hands on your shoulder. **Avoid doing exercise if you swelling in wrist or hands, By performing this exercise the uric acid deposited in our bones and the ESR reduces and patient gets some relief. Take rest after performing 2 sets of 10 sets of each exercise as mentioned. Exercise 2: Be seated in the same position with your feet touching each other and then slowly stretch them in forward-reverse motion as explained in the video. **Do not perform this exercise if you have swelling in your feet. First take medicines to cure swelling then doing it advised. Or you can take massage oil and do some warm pressing of your feet to reduce stiffness and discomfort and if you dont have pain then you can do massage with Ice as well. Exercise 3: Rotate your feet clockwise & anti-clockwise and then stretch your leg fingers up and down as shown in the video. Take some rest now before you start the next exercise.. continue taking rest as per your convenience and continue deep breathing Arthritis gets cured with proper breathing and this is the most effective way of curing this rather then any medication. Exercise 4: Like Boat driving as mentioned in the video .. obviously manual boat 🙂 Move forward by breathing out, take your hands back with breathing in. Take some rest now again.. You have to perform all this exercise slowly and gradually & that too post 1-2 months of you getting benefited out of RA can be cured in 7 days video Exercise 5: Lie down completely without a pillow first as shown in the video. Then take your both hands behind and above your head with breathing in and then bring them forward near to your thighs with breathing out. Do it 4-5 times and then take some rest.. while taking rest keep your body loose, deep breathing and eyes must be closed. Exercise 6: Same lie down position. Pull your right hand and left leg up by continuing breathing (In-Out) then other set of hand & leg accordingly. Repeat 4-5 times and then take rest again ! Exercise 7: Same lie down position and post taking rest from earlier exercise now pull both the hands & both legs up and continue breathing In-Out as shown in the video. Repeat 4-5 times and then take rest again ! Continue doing these exercise as it helps to remove increase uric acid and ESR from your body.
