I’m about to share with you. I have a friend who raises his own bees in his
own yard, 4 beehives and has the latest gadgets for harvesting honey and its
really pretty impressive. If you’re experiencing any sort of
hormonal imbalance, listen up. You’re going to absolutely
love this info that I’m about to share with you. I have a friend who raises his own bees
in his yard and he has a yard full of hives. He has the latest gadgets for harvesting
honey and it’s actually pretty impressive. To be honest, I’ve always been a little
freaked out by bees. I remember playing in the forest in
Michigan one summer and I actually stepped on a ground wasp nest. I was like seven years old. I got stung
17 times. I was running through the yard as fast I could. My mom caught up to me.
She made me roll on the ground to get rid all these. I got stung so many times. So
ever since then, I’ve kind of been a little bit freaked out about bees. But I guess looking back, bees are
just looking out for their own. I kind of stepped on their nest, as a kid, I didn’t see it. So when it comes to your health, bees
have got your back. But first of all, they also make one of the best natural
sweeteners on the planet. Raw honey packed with over 5,000 live enzymes, 27
minerals, 22 amino acids and all the B-complex vitamins. Honey is considered one of nature’s most
valuable foods. Then there’s bee pollen. Bee pollen contains 22 elements
of the human system plus a truckload of vitamins and minerals. I’m telling you, these products are the
bee’s knees and we haven’t gotten to the star of the show yet – royal jelly. Royal jelly is the king of supplements
when it comes to your hormones. Hormones are the rage these days. No pun intended. Are you getting to the
age when you were looking back and wondering if you feel normal again? Wondering if you ever have that same energy, and that bigger, that spice that you once
had in your youthful years. I’ve met lot of people who are well past their
middle years but they look and act like they’re still in their twenties. Some of them, simply got to a point where
they had enough or they were getting tired, more achy, more sick, and they
decided to turn around their lives. One simple change at a time, they began
moving their body, walking, lifting some weights, may be playing sports
with the kids in the backyard. Then they started adding a few
new foods to the covers. Maybe only one new food shopping trip: chia seeds, then goji berries, then tumeric, then ginger, then Organifi green juice, then royal jelly. Their shopping cart slowly went
for mostly processed foods grains and dairy, to raw fresh fruits, vegetables, organic meats. All of these were changes that radically
affected their hormones in a very positive way. Hormones are chemical messengers in your body. They trigger things that help your body
grow and develop over time. They are also responsible for helping
your body reproduce. When your hormones are out of whack, like when you’re going through menopause
or suffering some sort of hormonal imbalance due to illness or exposure to
chemicals, you just feel off. You lose that amp and then you wonder
why your zest for life is gone. Two major hormones, I’m sure you’ve heard of are estrogen and testosterone. These hormones are the center of your
health and your well-being. Although our hormones do change as we
grow up, there are a lot of natural foods and supplements that you can take to
help keep them working properly. Royal jelly may have some significant
benefits for your hormones, especially the ones that involve long-term relationships, long nights, and lot of other things. In the study Japanese, researchers found that those who ate royal jelly, showed improved
glucose tolerance and better mental health, as well as accelerated conversion of testosterone. Another study, found that 25 milligrams a
day, improved testosterone levels in men by 20%. Other studies have shown that it actually
helps the body balance estrogen. Royal jelly comes in capsule form, frozen form or it comes in this jelly form as well. It can be mixed into a protein shake and
I absolutely love it. I’ve been taking it for a while and
I think you would love it too. So here’s a recipe that you can try to
make. It’s called royal fudge. Here’s the ingredients: 5 tablespoons
of royal jelly or the royal jelly honey mixture, 5 tablespoons of organic coconut oil,
melted, 4 tablespoons of rock cacao, 3 1/2 tablespoons of cashew or almond butter. Here’s what you do to make it.
Pretty easy! Mix all the ingredients together.
Poured it over an ice cube tray, freeze it, eat one daily. I don’t know
about you, but I can’t see a downside to include this magical elixir into my daily routine. Give it a try and let me know how it goes. This week’s juicer winner is Mabel Carbin.
Mabel really enjoyed the kidney cleanse video and he’s using a Nutra Bullet for her smoothies. Mabel use this juicer from Kuvings.
Try to juice foods that are great for kidney health like pale ginger and turmeric. Congratulations Mabel! If you loved this video, make sure you
share it with your friends. I’m Drew Canole. As always, remember
we’re in this together and I’ll see you soon.
