hey guys here’s something that I had learned and I want to share with you guys I had watched a video on dr. Burge very very knowledgeable man I know a lot of you would agree with me on this hold on one second no just doesn’t seem like okay many ways I’m sorry for that delay guys if you are trying to measure your insulin levels the way you can do it without any pain sweat or tears is you take a tape measurer and you keep a track on a weekly or monthly basis how much wait inches I’m sorry you are losing in your belly area and what you do is you divide the inches lost around the waist by your height and to get the height number to divide it into like on five five so that’s 65 inches so you have to get the chart and I probably might have the link that I will provide inside the the description of inches like your height in inches so you would take say view 23 inches around the waist you would divide that by save you a 5/5 like me by 65 inches so you would divide the 23 inches into the 65 and it would give you the number I will also put down the ranges of from obesity to heavy to you know healthy and then then they have one that’s like skinny but healthy the range that you need to be in if your stomach is bulging and you know this and you seem to be on the right track but your stomach is not going anywhere that is a sign of insulin sits it incidents insulin sensitivity and it’s a sign that that may be why you’re not losing any weight because of the insulin is if the insulin is high it’s a fat blocker it is not going to allow you to lose any weight while you you know have this insulin up high because it’s a fat blocker is not going to allow you to burn any fat and this is what’s putting these stalls on people’s weight-loss journey so it’s very important to pay attention to the stomach area measure it divide it with you know by your height and see where that numbers at so I will put the chart in the description of how you multiply it by your waist into your height and then you can see from obesity to healthy all the ranges and who knows you your waist might not be as bad as you think it is you might be moderate you know too healthy or whatever the situation is but you need to know this is why I’m going to put it in the description below so you can use that as a reference so you can measure weigh Institute insulin sensitivity Zac and it also answer your questions on why you’re not losing weight so with all that me I said please subscribe to the channel like if she had this video and make it a favorite and I’ll see you guys in the next video bye for now
