How to Make Dehydrated Foods : Finishing Steps of Dehydrated Trail Mix

Hi I am Denise Bennett and I am here on behalf
of Expert Village today. It has been about seven hours since we put the trail mix into
the dehydrator and now we are going to take a look. I did add a little bit of Gogi berries
to it and this is what we have and honestly if you love cereal in the morning you can
either make or purchase an almond milk or if you want to do rice milk this makes a wonderful
cereal. You can take this mix on a hike or take this to the movies. This is a real good
alternative to some of the choices at your neighborhood movie theater. This is really good. So this is our finished
cereal or trail mix and it makes a great alternative to the boxed cereals this you buy at your
local stores. If you want a little bit sweeter cereal you can add agave which is a natural
and more healthy sweetener or just more fruit which is a natural sugar. You can add coconut
to this as well and that is what we did in earlier segments so enjoy.
