hello friends welcome to good life hub today we are gonna see how to make a simple recipe – Curry leaves dal powder Curry leaves are very good for health It is rich in minerals like iron, copper, calcium and zinc It is good for diabetes It is good for eye sight as it contains Vitamin A It also increases memory power There are lot of health benefits It can be easily incorporated into diet in the form of curry leaf dal powder or curry leaf idly powder The ingredients needed are: tur dal – 2 tbsp urad dal – 2 tbsp & channa dal – 2 tbsp 4 dried red chillies, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp peppercorns 1 cup curry leaves salt as required First, dry roast all the dal together in medium flame dont burn it . take is out once it is brown Next dry roast red chillies, cumin seeds and peppercorns & remove from flame Next, dry roast the curry leaves in low flame Add all the dry roasted ingredients in a blender, add required salt (1/2 – 1 tsp) and grind into powder Our curry leaf podi/powder is now ready you can spread it on cooked rice and eat or have it with idly or spread it over dosa’s and uttappam If you stir fry this with mini idly and tempering s it will be very tasty In a wok, add 1 tbsp of oil add mustard, 1 sprig curry leaf, red chillies, channa dal add in mini idly, curry leaf powder, salt and saute together Try it out ! hope you like it the shelf life of this powder is 10-15 days To know more healthy recipes , stay tuned to this channel If you like this video click LIKE, SHARE with other and dont forget to subscribe and click the bell icon Thankyou for watching 🙂
