Does Popping Your Knuckles Cause Arthritis?

and elbow surgery. Popping your knuckles does not cause arthritis. Popping your
knuckles; what is happening is you are breaking a vacuum and air is coming into
the joint and that is the popping sound that you hear. Now it will enlarge your
joints, and therefore, if you don’t want to have, if you want to have a career as
a hand model it may not be the best idea to pop your joints. But popping your
