[Music] Oh it’s easy you just have to create your plate let me explain first take a look at your plate which would be about nine inches across then imagine a line running down the middle of the plate on one side divide it into two more sections fill the largest portion of your plate with non starchy vegetables things like salad green beans broccoli cauliflower cabbage carrots and tomatoes in one of the smaller sections put starchy foods like noodles rice corn or potatoes in the other smaller section place your protein foods this includes foods such as beef fish chicken turkey or meat substitutes like tofu finally at an 8 ounce glass of lower fat milk along with a piece of fruit or a half a cup of fruit salad and you have your meal planned you
