4 Natural Steps To Protect From The Wuhan Coronavirus

dr. Nick Delgado here and in our
continuing series about microscopy and your immune system and
I’d like to talk to you first about what’s called a oxidative stress I’ve
taken a sample of blood from my associate and we’re looking under the
microscope and we can see these patterns these white holes if you will on the
screen and and and these holes in the blood are potentially problematic
because there’s a sign of some kind of what’s called oxidative stress and the
end result is from reactive oxygen toxic species which simply means there’s a
chain reaction occurring where almost all of us are exposed to toxins
chemicals tissue breakdown and so we see these holes in the blood so it’s
important that you learn the steps to eradicate or reduce what’s called free
radical damage and more importantly I think it’s important to to get a
perspective of the whole idea of blood morphology and microscopy so let me
change screens here but while they change screens I’m gonna I’m gonna play
a segment from this talk where I’m talking about the four steps of
detoxification so while I change the slide please please pay attention for a
moment and I’ll comment on it as well okay hey everyone I think you’re
wondering why I have a chicken organic chicken in front of me I want you to
know the chicken joke why did the chicken cross the road to get tested by
dr. Nick what I want you to see is that I’ve actually gone ahead and I’ve
collected the chicken juice from the side of the chicken here I want you to
just see this if you can I punctured a side hole here with my pipette and I
sucked up some of the the juice it’s it’s not cooked yet it’s it’s raw and
it’s February 5th it’s dated good till February 15 today is February 5th so
I’ve got 10 days before I have to use this chicken and cook it and eat it but
I wanted you to see that you have to understand the chicken has
microbes red meat has microbes dairy product has microbes and so you really
even have to understand even if you cook it the viruses are still potentially
present you can cook away a lot of the bacteria the Salmonella the e.coli and
some of these nasty bacteria but I want you to see a sample after I put it
various slides here here is human wound from some pus and I want you to see the
white blood cells here on this camera you can actually see them moving they’re
very active they protect us from viruses and bacteria and foreign proteins so
it’s very important part of the immune system and so it’s really amazing that I
have my microscope here to share with you what we actually see and I want you
to recognize that when I actually took the juice from the tomato and from
blueberries that the essentially there was no microbes in that it was very very
clean but I did find some virulent bacterial microbes in the chicken and
it’s well known that chicken has coli Salmonella various others and I’m gonna
post that for you to see but more shocking is that they’ve taken dairy
product and they’ve been able to transmit the leukemia virus into monkey
so that’s the first example of transmission from dairy product to
animals and of course if it’s gonna develop in monkeys it’s going to develop
and humans quite likely and I know we’re all terrified about the corona virus the
wuhan Providence and so people really under need to understand these steps to
protect themselves I would encourage you if you’re concerned about increased
colds flus why do you think after Thanksgiving so many people get colds
and flus it’s not a coincidence it’s not just from overeating sugar its they
overeat animal products animal products are loaded with microbes
if you switch over to a plant-based Whole Foods diet it’s very likely that
these plant foods are going to protect your immune system in a much greater way
they’re loaded with antioxidants vitamins and minerals and supporting
fiber now fiber detoxifies the body so number one step to protect you from
viruses and bacterias detoxify loads of fiber 100 grams of fiber a day it’s pretty cool right
cucumbers raspberries here’s a wrap a veggie wrap that’s really got some
oranges I’ve got all this fresh food and you know what I think that each person
out there watching the show can appreciate that I’m encouraging you to
go plant base here’s some avocado I’ve got some I’ve been searching a little
bit for the whole grain fiber down in here there’s a whole grain bread here
yep it’s just a marvelous array here’s what I was looking for to show you this

completely gets rid of any constipation helps to absorb a lot of the microbes
that are in the digestive tract you have more bacteria in your body than human
cells so we have to live together with these bacteria but it’s the virulent
bacteria that can overcome a person and cause illness and disease okay I’m just
scanning the blood here let’s let’s go to the microscope you can see this black
circle as the dry as the blood is drawing without a coverslip
this this is a particular test that originated from heat on lagarde who is
the personal physicians of President Eisenhower so this technology has been
around for quite a while looking under high-powered microscope and the degree
of the amount of these black circles doesn’t really determine how much heavy
metals is in the body and I want you to be very clear that the next step should
be to do a urine test also a hair analysis and a blood test specific to
the ability to look at what’s called not just heavy metals but bromides arsenic
mercury we don’t know exactly what the origin of this heavy metal is so a
person would need to go through the four steps to clear these heavy metals and
without the four steps and and during the course of this video I mean
be very clear about what those four steps are so I wanted you to first see
this part and as you see the blood drying on the screen there’s these white
holes starting to develop that is what’s called free radical damage now keep in
mind heavy metals are if you remember from biology and chemistry in high
school or college there’s what’s called catalysts and and you can accelerate a
heavy metal that is a chemical reaction by adding like aluminum if you put
hydrogen peroxide and actually if you put a Clorox bleach and you in chemistry
you you put aluminum kind of just put into little balls and you throw it in
the the Clorox bleach and then you put like a balloon over the top of a bottle
it’ll also undergo a very rapid chemical reaction because of the heavy metal and
that rapid chemical reaction is potentially risky to the body internally
because if you have heavy metals and any amount of heavy metals is toxic there
there is no safe levels of heavy metals in the body we have EPA standards of
what we’re exposed to but keep in mind when you go outside and you’re near the
gas station or you smell the fumes from the cars and all those fumes go into
your body or maybe you’re exposed to eating a lot of fish people think
somehow fish is healthy for you and you you eat these fish and the bigger the
fish the more likely particularly salmon and tuna and swordfish Tony Robbins had
one the highest recorded levels of heavy metal exposure he talked two weeks ago
when I was in Nashville Tennessee with him and he talked about how his life his
very life was threatened because he tends to eat these like swordfish with
vegetables somehow someone convinced him that he needed the Omegas and it was a
good source of protein which really is unfortunate because if you read the book
protein holux everyone is so deluded with or delusional about the belief that
we need more and more animal protein to stay healthy when in reality it’s the
opposite the when we reduce our animal protein
intake the more likely we’re going to be healthy to get our plant proteins which
have all the amino acids all the vitamins you should watch my video on
this subject but without going much further I want you to see that there are
certain selective antioxidants there are certain things you can do that are
really critical to getting rid of fruit free radical damage and of course
detoxification with a high-fiber diet and if you’re just drinking teas and
lemon or you’re just eating animal-based foods or you just eating salads there’s
not much fiber in those foods if you’re not eating beans and you’re not eating a
lot of yams and of all the fruit I would say jackfruits one of the highest in
fiber so these things are really good for you and then furthermore I would say
take a look at the whole idea of using micronized silica to detoxify heavy
metals and III would also go further to say that free radical damage is a result
of an insufficient amount of exercise I don’t mean like yoga which is really
good for you for the balance and so forth and for toning but you’ve got to
exercise where you’re breathing heavy where you’re breathing heavy for at
least thirty minutes to an hour where your heart rate gets up to at least 102
I say 140 to 160 where you’re breathing heavily enough that that rapid turnover
of ox oxidative stress initially you have an increase rate of free radical
damage when you’re exercising but then the body adjust for that and all that
added oxygenation of the body the free radical scavengers kick in and again
make sure you get a lot of bioflavonoids not just vitamin C which is sold and
vitamin talus but you’ve got to get it like if I show you an orange or a
tangerine or grapefruit when you pull the peel off that white part that’s
where all the rich vitamin vitamin bioflavonoids the the richest source of
absorbable vitamin C you see synthetic vitamin C although absorbs in the
tissues it doesn’t act the same it doesn’t have the same protective factors
it won’t build up your immune system you’re wasting
money on these vitamin C tablets people take mega dosages and has been proven
dr. Robinson right out of dr. Linus Pauling’s laboratories published his
studies and it was kind of suppressed but it’s written up in the journals that
Robinson discovered that anything over two hundred milligrams of vitamin C from
synthetic vitamin C which is a petroleum derivative will suppress the immune
system that there is absolute proof of this and it’s interesting that even the
line is Pauling instituted you look up their website what do they recommend
they recommend 100 to 200 milligrams of vitamin C a day for good reason because
if you’re taking the synthetic form you don’t want to exceed that amount if
you’re a cancer patient or you have a depressed immune system you don’t want
to exceed that amount but you can take rich amounts of bioflavonoids and not
exceed that amount because the body in its inherent wisdom understands the
plant derived whole bioflavonoids that from nature I mean there was fresh
orange trees and so forth and we would pull them during seasons we might eat
maybe ten oranges foraging while our primitive relatives did so our body in
Haley understands that now I’m going to play the video a little further because
we’re gonna switch over to another segment showing the live blood analysis
and I’ve given you a little background about dry but there is some shall I say
debate so what I would tell you is if you’re questioning are we really seeing
oxidative stress and free radical damage I’ve measured stage four cancer patients
I’ve measured people a day before they died and I’ve seen massive amount of
free radical damage and those who have poor health I’m gonna tell you though
that to back up you can do a lipid peroxidation end it off to Genova lab
you could do a breath analysis that some companies or device have created some
devices that I’ve used some diploma nary devices and you can actually measure in
the breath oxidative stress anyone who’s on a high-protein diet they have tend to
have bad breath on a keto diet have you ever noticed you come near a person on a
keto diet they have massive amounts of bad breath because their body proteins
are breaking down even though they’re taking an animal product and fat the
body needs complex carbohydrates have a protein sparing effect meaning it
preserves your tissues the glucose from the fiber from the vitamins and minerals
and they the starch if you of the complex carbohydrates a thousand glucose
small Gill’s breaks down slowly enters the
system and gives the fuel to the red blood cells red blood cells cannot take
fuel from fat from keido’s ketones it cannot take it can take that is glucose
from from protein through protein de Muniz ation so this person is exhibiting
more free radical damage than I’d like to see I rate it on a scale of 0 to 30
here let’s let me play the video which will give you more facts while I scan
the sample and you’ll they’ll see this so keep in mind whether you eat animal
product or you choose to go more towards plant-based foods it’s a better choice
and what about supplementation you need to get enough b12 folic acid iron this
is a red blood cell right here in the middle of the screen right there if you
can see that that’s a red blood so they should be round and uniformed
and to the left of it are about three or four white blood cells that are
clustered around this is taken from like a pus wound and I wanted you to see the
same kind of pus wounds that come from acne from pimples blackheads or okay so
let me just change to the microscope scene now you see that black area and
the kind of upper right that is kind of the dry byproduct of heavy metal and
notice inside there’s this broken down tissue or that is we call plume rise
protein it’s not empty space just below it there’s this white kind of gap and
that gap is a sign of oxidative stress free radical damage so when we develop
this we need to use the far-infrared spa at least four days a week I use it 35
minutes while I’m using that the gene or I want to rebuild the tissue so that we
protect from what’s called unfolded proteins there’s a number of steps that
we can do but I would use the slim blend protein which is a plant-based protein
20 whole organic fruits and vegetables and it’s loaded with fibrin you need
that fiber to pull toxins particularly heavy metals out of the gut so not only
using the fiber from the supplement the slim blend protein but you can get it
obviously from a number of foods the beans which I have at least two to four
cups of beans they I consume a lot of fiber-rich like
artichokes and mango and jackfruit so these are all great sources of fiber and
you can tell if you’re having at least three to four bowel movements a day
you’re gonna be clearing these these toxins very very very very rapidly okay
so we’re gonna change it to the live blood scene here and then I’m gonna just
put this back on the slide and you’re gonna hear my comments for a like a
puncture into the skin and then the white cells come to that area to protect
you so that you don’t get infected and if you do get infected the body’s
setting heat and increasing the enzymes and the white cells are all coming to
that area to protect you so to protect you you’ve got to follow the four steps
to protect you from coronavirus and that would be detoxify increase your fiber go
to more of a plant-based whole food oil free diet because oil tends to depress
amuses them too much oil in the bloodstream slow circulation to the red
cells and throughout the body nutrify get a proper array of supplements look
at the need for vitamin b12 particularly methyl cobalamin look at folic acid from
greens follow Singh enjoy the vitamin C rich foods certainly
the berries are so wonderful loaded with nutrition and of course fresh oranges
and when you when you peel them you can see that little white part that’s the
bioflavonoids really important to improve the immune system very very
important not just taking a vitamin C tablet right so supplementation with
whole food as well and get a variety fortify build up your immune system with

misshaped and you can see these little white patches going by that’s Candida
which is a fungal form we all have some Candida but the higher levels of candida
oftentimes is another sign of a depressed immune system and if
particularly if you’re eating foreign proteins meaning from animal product the
body gets confused and tries to combat and set up an immune defense against
eating chicken fish turkey eggs particularly eggs they’re loaded with
salmonella and vasila and ecoli and although my colleague says egg yolks are
clean of course look at the who funded the studies on those things and I would
really question that because you can see microbial activity you can see you see
this this little thing moving around there’s there’s different microbes that
when you go to a plant-based diet you notice the microbe real low drops
dramatically in the blood I’ve been doing this for 40 years I can tell you
for an absolute fact there’s no Russian scientists or American scientists who’s
looked at more blood than than myself I’ve been doing this for 40 years on
tens of thousand people I was Tony Robbins life coach at life mastery we
test a thousand people in a three-day period we test them at the end of the
week and you would see when they switched
over to a plant-based Whole Foods diet dr. Hogan can you grab that book there
this is the book we used at the 20 Robbins event and Tony Robbins himself
used this this book for life mastery and everyone who ate the foods at the buffet
many of the recipes came right from this book you can probably get a copy from
our office we’ll put it up on the website if you’re interested just let me
know right now I think you get a used copy on Amazon but it’s it’s a wonderful
book and it talks about what the chew needs for protein and vitamins and
minerals and nutrients but the most important thing is to understand that
looking at blood microscopy blood doesn’t lie and it shows you where
you’re at this this has many good shaped red bloods
that’s a very good sign that this person’s absorbing vitamins and minerals
particularly b12 folic acid and iron although I saw a few smaller cells that
makes me wonder if there’s some kind of either yogurt or cheese or some kind of
dairy product because that is treated as a in the in the gut
it can cause micro bleeding the micro bleeding happens of the gut and then the
person starts losing blood and they develop microcytic anemia which is the
cells don’t form full-sized now there’s some Mis shaped cells which is either
exposure to air at the slide of the side of the cell or it could be a little bit
low in vitamin E I don’t mean the supplement vitamin E the petroleum
derivative the synthetic I’m talking about getting rich amounts of greens and
vegetables and just look up in my book grow young and slim and I have the list
of all the top foods highest and what vitamins and minerals and nutrients so
looking again through this sample it’s quite dramatic but notice there’s very
few white blood cells I scanned the sample and there was only like one or
two white cells so the person’s immune system needs baby farm for its spa maybe
outdoor Sun from the cortisol and exercise and maybe just a much more
higher fiber diet the question would be does the person have at least three to
four bowel moves a day after every meal that will stimulate peristalsis so
that’s a good sign so we want to keep up with with this approach this is an exact
cellent example of blood morphology notice how the blood cells are just
evenly floating there’s no fat in the background I don’t believe the person is
eating yet so it’s but but I like to test people after they’ve eaten because
that’s the real test if they’re eating oily like olive oil or corn oh and
putting oil in their system and you put oil on your skin or you can pull it in
your mouth and spit it out but when you take in oil all these blood cells start
to stick together and that’s a really big problem for agglutination just think
of it as the blood becoming very discus meaning thick when the blood gets thick
not enough oxygen gets the cells they’re number one cause of breast cancer is
high prolactin levels from olive oil in Cornell and South Laura the number one
cause of prostate cancer is a derivative of excess cholesterol from eggs and
cancer highly well-known to grow rapid cell cellular tissues of cancer and of
course the meat and dairy in the eighth word don’t want you to hear this
information but the realities it’s true you you look at leukemia you can trace
it right to dairy product in animals so be careful then of your diet get on a
plant-based whole foods that you say well you know I need to build up my
immune system absolutely and the best way to build up the immune system the
healthiest immune system is the outdoor exercise getting daylight and following
a plant-based whole food oil-free diet and it’s easy to follow it’s in my

deviated from that and he started eating a diet centered around fish and salmon
but you know hopefully he’s gonna gravitate back to the whole food eating
and get enough fiber in his diet because he totally doesn’t get enough fiber if
you’re eating animal product particularly fish fish has no fiber in

on the white blood cell count the activity of the white blood cells how
how active are they to protect you from viruses and bacteria so so this becomes
a major factor in whether or not you develop illnesses and of course when I
demonstrate that people are consuming certain depleted foods that don’t have
enough vitamins and minerals and nutrients or they’re consuming a lot of
animal product that will definitely affect the body’s immune system whether
it be dairy egg or meat really need to if you’re concerned about colds flus and
viruses you need to move away from those foods or highly loaded with microbial
activity as demonstrated by my own microscope testing evaluations and other
clinical laboratories dr. Michael Greger had a very clear discussion with dr.
Mercola on a recent video and I did a reply to that because I was so excited
that someone else in the scientific community was finally alerting people
about the dangers specially during colds and flus and with the corona virus
spreading our best way to protect from the corona virus believe it or not will
be to switch from an animal-based dye which has no fiber and the animal based
foods are loaded with micros whether you cook it or not and some people eat raw
sushi for example that’s that’s you’re taking a risk there with the microbial
but even I’ll find that one video that’s really insights of about even the
cutting boards where people are cutting meat to to make their food in the
kitchen those cutting boards are loaded with microbes and even hydrogen peroxide
and Clorox doesn’t get rid of them that’s what was shocking to me I thought
at least while you clean up your your cooking area and everything’s gonna be
fine so keep in mind detoxification through a
whole plant base you need at least 60 100 grams of fiber a day most people
get about 5 or 10 grams of fiber a day so that’s why I’m a big advocate of the
slim blend protein because of its added fiber fermented unfermented fiber it has
the aspects of soluble and insoluble fiber all necessary not only to reduce
the cholesterol level with soluble fiber but and of course cholesterol is highly
toxic – the number one killer heart attack and stroke but with with the high

plant-based foods to detoxify and furthermore detoxification includes

circulation thoracic duct is the white blood cell immune system the core of the
immune system so you’re really taxing the immune system at a time when you
need to build up the immune system during the flu season or during the
outbreaks of corona virus or if your body’s battling from cancer and since
cancer develops over a 20-year period you don’t know you know what what’s
going on in your body unless you do you know even MRIs may not detect if there’s
cancer developing especially at the cellular level so you want to always
treat your body as if it’s at risk and when you reach age 65 like I am your
immune system can decline by as much as six thousand percent so we want to make
sure that the body gets the strongest immune factor support and one of the
best ways to do this is to identify which fruits and vegetables beans and
and tubers are best for you which ones your body tolerates and is compatible
with so that and which ones it’s not compatible with it could be that certain
